Granit Xhaka, a midfielder for Bayer Leverkusen, has insisted that Arsenal can still win the Premier League.
The Gunners trail Manchester City by two points in the standings heading into their last five games.
In an attempt to surpass last season, Xhaka has delivered a message to his former colleagues.
“This is part of the game, I think it was 10 or 11 games unbeaten. When you lose one game, it doesn’t mean you lost everything already,” Xhaka said according to the UK Mirror.
“There are six games left in the Premier League and there is still a big chance to get the Premier League title.
“Can Arsenal win the title? They are very close this year as well like it was last year but football is about small details. I hope they can do it.”
