‘Without you, I’ll win the Grammy,’ Portable assures Davido

The social media drama involving controversial singer Portable and his collaborator Davido has taken a new turn.

Portable has come back hard at Davido after he unfollowed him on Instagram.

The two feuded after Portable openly accused Davido of offering him ‘poor advise’ during their recent meal in the United States.

He stated that Davido, who signed with Sony Music, advised him not to join the company and instead suggested that he sign with Empire.

Portable accused foul play, claiming that he, like Davido, is striving for a Grammy, but the DMW chief wants him to join a label that may not impact the award.

After his outburst, Davido unfollowed him on Instagram on Thursday.

Portable responded, saying he doesn’t need Davido’s followers or help to be a famous singer or win a Grammy.

He implied that Davido unfollowed him because he stopped being useful to him.

In a video message uploaded on his Instagram page, Portable said: “They tried to destroy me and quickly unfollowed me because I stopped being beneficial to them. Whether you help me or not, I will do my tour; whether you follow me or not, I will collect Grammy.”
