Wike selects Tamuno as MD of Abuja Investment Company

Ambassador (Dr.) Maureen Tamuno has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Abuja Investment Company Limited, or AICL, by Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike.

The new appointee was described as an accomplished public servant, businessman, and diplomat in a statement signed by Director of Press Anthony Ogunleje.

Her position was that of High Commissioner of Nigeria to the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Belize, Jamaica, and Haiti.

According to the announcement, her appointment is effective immediately.

In a related move, the Minister has dissolved the agreement between Integrated Facility Management Services, IFMS, Ltd. and the International Conference Centre, Abuja, effective immediately.

The International Conference Centre is now undergoing a complete restoration, which has been contracted out to Julius Berger Nig Plc.
