VeryDarkMan didn’t discredit Falana, says Deji Adeyanju

Deji Adeyanju, an activist lawyer, asserts that Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, did not defame Femi Falana, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

According to Adeyanju, the sole reason VeryDarkMan was looking into Bobrisky’s claim in an audio clip was that Bobrisky said he had given EFCC agents a bribe of N15 million.

Bobrisky asserted that the funds were intended to have the money laundering accusations against him dropped in order to avoid serving time in jail at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos State. Bobrisky, however, calls the recording false and disputes its veracity.

Adeyanju defended the recording, claiming that VeryDarkMan had more supporting data.

Adeyanju posted on X: “VDM has a lot of respect for Femi Falana, SAN and nowhere did he defame our revered leader in the video posted. He was simply asking questions as regard the assertions made by Bobrisky in the phone recording. For Falz: he should go and meet Bob about everything he/she said.”
