Due to accusations of corruption among EFCC officials, Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, declined an invitation from the organisation. To assist in the investigation of the purported bribery, the EFCC invited Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan to its Lagos office.
VeryDarkMan, nevertheless declined the invitation because he was invited to the lagos office, and he stated that he was unsure about his future. Rather, he asked that they be invited to the agency’s office in Abuja.
He said that Bobrisky was not sent to prison and was not kept there by the EFCC. He contended that prior to inviting him, the EFCC need to thoroughly investigate its personnel.
He added that he doesn’t trust the agency and that he doesn’t have N15 million to pay for anything. Bobrisky has called the audio false and denies paying N15 million to get the money laundering case withdrawn.
