As we enter the season of betrayal, Tonto Dikeh has criticised the habit of recording talks. She claims that these kinds of behaviours are becoming more widespread.
She attacked people who covertly record people without their consent, even when there are no problems between them, in an Instagram post.
She advised individuals to avoid people who have a track record of violating trust and to keep talks short. Dikeh warned people to stay away from persons who have a track record of breaking trust as well as those who are known to do so.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, Tonto said;

It’s the season of betrayal, where recording conversations has become the norm. Keep your words brief and your encounters even shorter..
The worst kind of people are those who secretly record you, even when no issue exists yet. Don’t just walk away—flee from such damaged souls.
Avoid entirely those who have a reputation for betraying the trust you/others place in them.”
