Tiwa Savage said that Olamide rejected her offer of N100 million for a verse on her song

Tiwa Savage, a popular singer, revealed that Olamide turned down an offer of N100 million for a verse in her song.

Tiwa stated on her Instagram page on Wednesday that Olamide, the owner of the YBNL record label, rejected the money after his managers billed her.

She stated that Olamide did not charge her since he was aware of the challenges that female artists experience in the music industry.

Tiwa expressed gratitude to the rapper for demonstrating his helpful and loving demeanor towards her, citing their sibling-like closeness.

She said “I was talking to his management, I did not want to talk to him directly because he would want to do it for free. I was willing to pay and his team charged me N100m. When Olamide asked them who the artiste was, he just said NO. He won’t take it.

“He said I’m his sister and he knows how difficult it is for a woman to make it in the industry. And guess what? He gave the verse for free. Good people exist and Baddo is one.”
