Barcelona reported on Friday that Arnau Blanco has taken Thiago Alcántara’s place in the Spanish La Liga team.
Remember that Alcántara was just appointed by Barcelona to be manager Hansi Flick’s assistant.
But the Catalan club said today on their website that Blanco, a former Barcelona U16A coach, will now work as an assistant coach for Flick’s squad.
“Arnau Blanco joins Hansi Flick’s coaching team in place of Thiago Alcántara who today, Friday August 16, has his last day with the squad.”
“The Club continues to show its commitment to the professional development of coaches at FC Barcelona.”
