The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has formally refuted an online article about hiring, stating that the material was not from the board. The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) issued a statement stating that the online publications were not from the board and should be ignored. The board also warned the public to be cautious of scammers and bogus recruitment scams.
The board has confirmed that applications for the Federal Fire Service (FFS) are being accepted, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone and email regarding their next steps.
