Nigerian singer Portable expressed disappointment after meeting Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi in Edo State.
Obi was in Benin to support Olumide Akpata, while Portable was in the state for a show. In a social media video, Portable was seen bowing and greeting Obi, but later complained that Obi did not offer him any money.
He compared Obi to President Bola Tinubu and said that ‘Tinubu would have given us something’.
He compared Obi to President Bola Tinubu and said this with his crew. “Obi cannot give us anything. Obi didn’t give us anything. If it was Tinubu we met, he would have given us something. Let’s go.”
