Andreas Pereira, a Fulham midfielder, has expressed a desire to play Champions League games.
The Brazilian midfielder has been linked with a summer move and is presently preparing for Brazil’s forthcoming Copa America tournament.
“I want to play in the Champions League,” he told Brazilian outlet Lance. “The biggest championships in football. I certainly have that as a goal in my head. I haven’t decided where it’s going to be yet.
“It’s difficult. I’m focused on the Copa América. I want to win a title for the national team. I’ve waited a long time to be here, so I’m enjoying the moment. As for my future, of course I’m looking forward to it, but I think I’ll leave it until the Copa América is over and I’ll certainly let you know.”
