According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Victor Osimhen is a top contender to replace Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappe, who will be out of contract in the summer, informed PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi of his desire to depart on Tuesday, and the club expects him to join Real Madrid.
The Ligue 1 team is said to have ramped up “multiple discussions” in January to prepare for the summer.
Osimhen, who recently returned from AFCON duty with Nigeria, has eight goals and three assists in 18 games this season.
