Lionel Messi, Inter Miami’s captain, has selected his favorite and most meaningful goals in his career.
Messi has now scored over 800 goals for his club and nation.
Messi recently told ESPN Argentina journalist Martin Arevalo that one of his two goals against Real Madrid in the first leg of the 2011 Champions League semi-final was his favorite, while his second goal against France in the 2022 FIFA World Cup final was the most important of his career.
“My favourite goal? Most beautiful is the one against Real Madrid in 2011, and the most important is the World Cup final,” the Argentina captain said.
