Jadon Sancho has been handed the no. 25 shirt by Manchester United to Manuel Ugarte, as the player is expected to clinch a permanent deal with Chelsea.
The Red Devils formally unveiled Ugarte on Sunday.
In a £51 million transfer, the Uruguayan midfielder left Paris Saint-Germain to join United.
Ugarte expressed excitement about the project at hand.
He added “This is an ambitious club, I’m an ambitious player.
“I will sacrifice and give everything for my teammates. Together, we’ll fight to win trophies and reach the level where Utd deserve to be.”
Sancho has signed a one-season loan with Chelsea, but the Blues are required to sign him for around £25 million.
