L’Equipe reports that Manchester City, Manchester United, and Arsenal have all approached Paris Saint-Germain about signing Xavi Simons.
Bayern Munich is also thought to be interested in the 21-year-old forward, but PSG does not aim to sell him this summer and will instead loan him out again.
Simons played last season on loan at RB Leipzig, where he scored 10 goals and assisted 15 times.
