Love is loving me
Love isn’t only beautiful between two entities
It shimmers in adoration of my fancies and hobbies, Glows in the ardour of my creations and properties
And remains beautiful in affection for all my personalities
How uplifting the affinity for my complexities
In loving myself, I embrace my insecurities
I give myself a million kisses, And gift myself countless wishes
There’s an art to loving me, It goes beyond ice cream and mani-pedi, All that’s just topping on the delicacy, Loving myself is a unique chemistry
It’s knowing and regarding my mental physiology,
And teaching my past to serve me, Whilst walking towards, where I want to be, Who needs a valentine for two, when romance with me is just as lovely
