Burnley have named Dane Henrik Jensen as first-team assistant coach.
The 39-year-old has joined from Swedish club Kalmar FF.
On his arrival at Burnley’s training field, Jensen confessed he can’t wait to get started: “It’s been a dream of mine to coach in England.” I’ve always been interested with English football, so I’m delighted to be here.
“Football is my passion. I’ve always enjoyed football and began coaching at the age of 18, so I’ve been doing it for 21 years now!
“A lot of coaching experience but also a lot of years ahead of me as a football coach and looking forward to contributing to Burnley FC.”
