Dear Future Husband,
If you had to write a letter to your future girlfriend/wife or boyfriend/husband, what would you write?
I want you to know that I am praying hard for you. I want you to work on your career, I need you to be responsible, respectful, and kind. I need you to be a little funny because I love laughing. I want to joke and laugh with you on the bed while we have some cookies and drink some tea. I want you to take your business seriously because we are going to save a lot of money.
Dear future husband, I would treat you like a king, but I need you to provide for me and the kids. I’ll do the house chores and make sure there is always food on the table whenever you are hungry. You don’t have to worry about the house chores, Just give your time, money, and emotions.
I want you to respect me, and love me unconditionally because I have so many flaws. I’m not the most beautiful woman on earth, but I want you to see me as the most beautiful woman on earth. I want you to cherish me, honor me, fight for me, and defend me whenever it’s necessary. Don’t worry about getting a submissive wife; I was trained and taught by the Holy Spirit to submit and respect my husband. I’ll do just that. I’ll forever submit myself to you. If you tell me to sit, I’ll sit. If you tell me to stand, I’ll stand. If you tell me to go, I’ll go. If you tell me to kneel, I’ll kneel. Just put Christ above everything.
Future husband, I want you to know that I’m praying for you to be successful in your career. I have a feeling you are doing excellently well. Please don’t squander the money on women; be a man of God and save for our family.
Dear future husband, I’m not a materialistic woman. I won’t ask you to buy me designer bags or shoes; I won’t ask you to buy me expensive wigs or expensive makeup kits. I am not interested in them.
Dear future husband, I want you to be an example to our future kids, which is why I’m going to choose you for them. I want them to wake up one day and say, “I know how to love because of my father.”
Dear future husband, I have worked hard to build myself and my career; please don’t dim my light. Push me to become successful, allow me to push beyond boundaries, and allow me to support you.
