According to rumors in Portugal, Arsenal is increasing its efforts to get Sporting attacker Viktor Gyokeres before the summer transfer market opens.
Since departing Championship team Coventry City last year, Gyokeres has been in incredible form this season, scoring 32 goals in 35 games across all competitions.
Some of the biggest teams in Europe have taken notice of the 25-year-old’s talents, with the Gunners reportedly being one of them. Ivan Toney, a striker for Brentford, has been connected to Mikel Arteta’s team, but it looks like Sweden’s Gyokeres is moving up their shortlist swiftly
