According to The Telegraph, Arsenal and Man City are thinking about making a summer deal for Bruno Guimaraes, a midfielder for Newcastle.
It seems that after Arsenal won the battle to capture Declan Rice for £105 million last summer, the two championship rivals would likely compete for a top midfield target once more.
According to The Telegraph, Guimaraes is aware of the interest and apparently has a buy-out clause worth about £100 million. PSG is rumored to be a fan of the Brazil international as well.
