Deji Adeyanju, an activist and lawyer, has criticised Nigerians for their attitude on the recent hike in petrol prices.
The news that NNPC had changed the pump price of fuel at its different outlets in Abuja from N868 to 1031 shook up Nigerians this morning.
“Fuel is now N1,030 but nobody wants to chase clout by protesting,” stated Deji, who was concerned about Nigerians’ silence on the current development. Everyone is waiting for the protests to begin.
