Despite worries over FFP, Chelsea to break the transfer record for Osimhen of Napoli

Victor Osimhen of Napoli has a release clause, and it seems that Chelsea is prepared to pay it despite concerns about breaking the Premier League Profit and Sustainability guidelines.
Osimhen, a 35-cap Nigerian international, impressed at Napoli and might cost Chelsea between €120 and €130 million.

Rudy Galetti, an Italian journalist, is quoted by Caughtoffside as saying that the striker is open to moving to Stamford Bridge.
The FIFA U17 World Cup Golden Boot winner from 2015 may support Chelsea’s offense, which has struggled to score goals even with the addition of players last summer.
Concerns about the Financial Fair Play regulations and whether Chelsea must sell before completing a deal like Osimhen, however, still exist.
