“I’m focused on Brighton,” Roberto De Zerbi said in response to rumors that he is being connected to managerial positions outside of Brighton:
“I’ve worked in football for 30 years and I know if you’re playing well and if you’re doing well, the people speak about you and speak about the transfer market.
“I have the right experience to stay focused and to keep my eye only on Brighton. I have a contract and I love my players.
“For sure, we have to speak about the plan going forward because I work for the motivation.
“I’ve not spoken with Tony Bloom about the next target and the new plan, but in the next few days we will speak.”
