After failing to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli in the summer, Chelsea is allegedly keen to sign him in the January transfer window.
Osimhen is keen to complete the deal during the winter transfer window after moving to Galatasaray on a season-long loan.
Before Osimhen relocated to Galatasaray, Chelsea reportedly requested and refused a pre-agreement with him for January 2025, according to Onokala Onyebuchi of Wazobia FM.
Onyebuchi tweeted: “Chelsea wanted a Pre Agreement with Osimhen for January 2025 that was rejected before he went to Galatasaray.
“They have been ringing Napoli wanting to do a deal in January. Willing to pay him the wages he wants 100%
“But that’s Impossible. He stays at Gala for the full season.”
