Charles Oputa, commonly known as Charly Boy, outlined the reasons on Thursday for the pure white colour of Dangote’s refinery’s Premium Motor Spirit.
According to Charly Boy, the fuel from Dangote’s refinery is engine-efficient since it is refined from ethanol.
He revealed that the high oxygen content of ethanol gasoline reduces the amount of carbonation that occurs in engines.
The Maverick performer claims that fuel made from ethanol lowers carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere.
Charly Boy explains why Dangote fuel is white, stating that the PMS is pure like water, while red fuel indicates the addition of octane.
Octane, when slightly green, is slightly very much, while yellow indicates no lead and is unleaded. When clear as water, it indicates ethanol use, which improves engine efficiency and power, as seen in the video.
He added “Because ethanol has a good amount of oxygen it lessens the amount of carbonation in engines thereby reducing air pollution which comes as Carbon dioxide. So this is the best form of Petrol. Congratulations Dangote.” Aliko Dangote, founder of Dangote Group, announced the refinery’s readiness for fuel production and stated that President Bola Tinubu and the Federal Executive Council will determine the price for petroleum products from the refinery.
