The manager Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah got into an argument on the touchline against West Ham on Saturday, according to former Liverpool icon Jamie Carragher.
It’s because Salah waited too long to be prepared to replace him, he claims.
Carragher posted on X: “The only reason a manager would be unhappy in this situation, is the player took too long to be ready to come on.”
With Liverpool ahead 2-1 at the half, Klopp decided to start Salah after he had been left off the bench during the match.
But Michail Antonio headed in for 2-2 as they waited for a pause in play on the touchline.
Nunez had to yank Salah back after he got into a heated dispute with Klopp.
