Liverpool and Brentford have reached a £27.5 million agreement for Fabio Carvalho.
Carvalho was attracting interest from Southampton and Leicester after spending the previous season on loan at RB Leipzig and Hull.
A 17.5% sell-on option has been added by Liverpool in the agreement. In 2022, they acquired Carvalho from Fulham for £5 million.
As part of the deal, Fulham also obtained a 20% sell-on clause, which will be paid from the earnings of Carvalho’s transfer to Brentford.
