Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson has informed the Premier League club that he intends to depart this summer.
According to The Athletic, the 24-year-old wants to weigh his alternatives for a potential summer transfer.
At least four Premier League clubs are thought to be interested in Nelson, who has made 89 appearances for Arsenal since breaking into the first squad in 2018.
Nelson only signed a new contract with Arsenal in July of last year, which will keep him there until summer 2027.
Mikel Arteta is thought to have refused to allow any departure in January.
But the player wants to depart after barely appearing for Arteta last season. Nelson started only one Premier League game last season.
