According to The Athletic, Chelsea and Arsenal are leading the fight to sign Aberdeen starlet Lewis Carroll, with both clubs keen in a summer transfer.
Aberdeen is supposedly fast-tracking the 15-year-old centre-back into the first squad, but his skill has piqued the interest of Premier League teams. Chelsea has been interested in him for some time, but according to The Athletic, Arsenal has just entered the picture.
Carrol turns 16 next month and is able to sign a professional contract this year, but if he leaves before then, the Dons will get training compensation rather than a transfer money.
