AFCONQ 2025: Coach Spittler of Rwanda singles out five prayers for the Super Eagles

Torsten Frank Spittler, the coach of Rwanda, has praised the front-line players of the Super Eagles after both teams drew goallessly in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Tuesday.

Super Eagles forwards, according to Spittler, are among the best in the world, but they fall short of Rwandan strikers in terms of skill.

According to newsmen, the Super Eagles forwards that played at the Stade Amahoro in Kigali versus Rwanda include Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon, and Victor Boniface.
Throughout the game, Augustine Eguavoen’s team had numerous opportunities, but Fiacre Ntwari, the Rwandan goalie, came to the rescue with several vital stops.

Spittle said to reporters after the game, “Everybody could see this Nigerian team, especially the forward line is world-class, and we also had a few chances where you could see the difference between our strikers and their strikers.”
