Grant Kekana, South Africa’s central defender, has stated that the Bafana Bafana would do all possible to secure a favorable outcome in their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, semi-final against Nigeria.
Wednesday’s clash against the Super Eagles is expected to be South Africa’s toughest clash at the ongoing AFCON.
Kekana told reporters in the mixed zone, “Obviously it’s another tough opponent. We know Nigeria has a lot of quality players, we know they’ve done well to also get this far but we believe in ourselves.
“We are going to go to the drawing board, plan accordingly and give ourselves a chance of getting a positive result against them.”
