The renowned humorous Yoruba actor Sisi Quadri passed away on Friday, as verified by the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, or TAMPAN.
In an Instagram post, TAMPAN National President Bolaji Amusan, also referred to as Mr. Latin, announced Sis. Quadri’s passing.
In writing, Mr. Latin said: “Hmmmmm! May God grant him eternal rest.”
Several of his colleagues in the Yoruba film business disclosed his demise.
Actress Abiola Bayo posted on her verified Instagram handle, saying: “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace”.
Sisi Quadri was 44 years old when he passed away.
Sis Quadri was well known for his extraordinary comic gift and his quick delivery of biting jabs.
