Terry G, a Nigerian artist, has criticized Timaya, a colleague, for supposedly owing royalties.
Terry G claims that Timaya has not paid the agreed-upon royalties for a song that he produced, in a post on his Instagram page.
The singer expressed her dissatisfaction about the matter and mentioned that other musicians have also been vocal about such issues inside the business.
Terry G stated, “If you know that I produced a song for you, then the table will be used for firewood the day I talk my own.” Terry was referring to the several podcasts and musicians who were speaking up.
“I need my 50% producer publishing royalties from Timaya and others. For all the producers out there use me as an example of how they use and dump greatness. But still, I rise.”
